Summary:
A county board member who serves on the board of directors of the Nebraska Association of County Officials may vote to approve an annual county budget which includes a general appropriation for dues and subscriptions. A county board member who serves on the board of directors of the Nebraska Association of County Officials must abstain from participating or voting on a motion for the county to make dues or other payments to the association.
